One main function of the Commission under Section 6 (2)(j) of the FCC Act 2023 is to examine and review practices and procedures of any public body in order to facilitate the detection of financial crimes and ways by which financial crimes may be eliminated.
Our Work
With a view to enhancing systems, procedures and practices, the following prevention strategies are adopted:
