To ensure the effectiveness of system reviews and further sustain prevention works, follow-up exercises are conducted to:

Assess progress made in the implementation of recommendations contained in the system review reports


Take stock of any constraints or impediments for possible assistance



monitor effective implementation of the recommendations to ensure enhanced transparency, accountability, integrity and fairness within the system under review
