The second edition of the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) Public Auction Sale was held today, Monday 21 September 2026 at the FCC parking area in Moka.
The auction was conducted by an independent auctioneer and, despite the prevailing weather conditions, attracted a strong turnout from members of the public.
During today’s sale, 30 vehicles, comprising cars, lorries and motorcycles, were sold for a total amount of approximately Rs 10.7 million.
The public auction sale will continue tomorrow, Tuesday 22 September 2026, from 10:00 a.m. at the FCC parking area in Moka.
The auction forms part of the FCC’s mandate relating to the recovery and realisation of assets, in accordance with the Financial Crimes Commission Act 2023.
