In line with the FCC’s objective of maintaining an updated database of potential suppliers, The Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) hereby invites companies, firms and individuals wishing to be considered for future procurement opportunities with the Commission to register under the following categories:

Registration Categories

Goods — IT equipment, office supplies, vehicles, and related items.
Works — Construction, electrical works, maintenance, and related services.
Services — Consultancy, security, cleaning, hygiene, transport, plumbing, sound systems, car rental, hotel services, apartment rental, and catering services.

Terms & Conditions of Registration

Registration shall not constitute an offer of contract nor guarantee the award of any future business with the FCC.
Applicants shall be responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete and up to date.
No prices, quotations, or financial proposals shall be submitted as part of the registration process.
Applicants shall register only under categories that accurately reflect their business activities and area of expertise.
Suppliers currently registered with the FCC shall be required to submit a fresh registration.
FCC reserves the right to procure from other suppliers, where deemed necessary and in accordance with applicable procurement procedures.
Local contractors may be required to submit a valid CIDB registration certificate, where applicable.

The FCC reserves the right to verify the information submitted and to accept or reject any registration without assigning any reason. Registration as a potential supplier does not create any obligation on the FCC to invite the registered supplier to participate in any procurement.
